What our forms collect

Each form asks only for what we need to deal with it:

  • Message us: your title, name, surname, email address, phone number and message.
  • Suggestions and complaints: whether it is a suggestion or complaint, how you are connected to the college, the campus, your message and, if you choose to give them, your name, email address and phone number.
  • Outstanding certificate or diploma enquiry: your name, surname, ID number, email address, cell number, the campus, programme, qualification and level you studied, the year of your last examination, who helped you at the campus and when, and any comments.
  • Alumni registration: your title, name, surname, ID number, email address, phone number, marital status, student number, graduation year, address and, if you are employed, your employer, job title and work phone number.
  • Notify me when applications open: your name, surname, email address, phone number and the programme.

With every form we also keep the page it was sent from and when you agreed to how we use your details. Except on the suggestions and complaints form, which you may send anonymously, we also keep your internet (IP) address and browser, to stop the forms being misused. Submissions are kept in the website's admin, which only signed-in college staff can open.

Cookies

We ask before setting any cookies that measure how the website is used (Google Tag Manager). Your choice is kept for a year in a cookie of its own; use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change it.

Maps on our contact and campus pages come from Google Maps, which may set Google's own cookies. Staff who sign in to manage the website get a cookie that keeps them signed in.
